"Dr Don" Kornelly is a retired teacher who holds a PhD in critical thinking. He has published two books on the subject as well as articles on poetry, reading, writing, and travel in various journals and magazines.

His current interest is going on "quests" around the world with his traveling companion, Julie Neukomm (another E-Cards contributing artist!). Don has taken thousands of pictures in more than 100 countries. The photos are used in slide talks that include the vikings, King Arthur, Ulysses, Dracula, Santa Claus, mysterious islands, lost cities, budget travel, or on any corner of the Earth a group requests.

When not teaching, Don and Julie live in an A-frame overlooking the Rocky Mountains in Parker, Colorado.
